Bio-diesel is becoming America's first advanced biofuel. As of recent it is being produced more readily. With the growing use of bio-diesel dependency of diesel is decreasing the need for importing diesel. The benefits of using bio-diesel also include job creation when manufactured on a large scale, but bio-diesel can be made at home. Bio-diesel fuel is made of vegetable or animal fat based fuel. The use of bio-diesel is great because it uses oils that need to be disposed of to fuel cars, and even airplanes. This is very exciting because lessening our need for imports and using resources that we already have creates less dependency on foreign nations. Encouraging bio-diesel production is good because it is environmentally friendly.
